Really Simple Forms: drag-and-drop WordPress forms, pay once
WordPress form builder · pay once

Forms that explain themselves.

Drag fields onto your form and see exactly what visitors will see. Every setting has a tooltip in plain English, so you never have to look anything up.

Signatures, PDF copies and send-for-signing in Pro. Imports your forms in one click.

Everything most sites need. Nothing to learn.

No add-ons to buy and no maze of settings. If you can fill in a form, you can build one.

Pro · Send for signing

Like DocuSign, inside your own site.

Email a form to a client with the details you already know filled in: their name, the programme, the price, the start date. Lock the parts they mustn’t change. They open a private link, check everything, sign with a finger and send it back.

  • Locked answers can’t be changed, even by someone who edits the page.
  • See who has opened and who has signed, and resend or withdraw with a click.
  • A signing record with times and IP addresses goes into the entry and its PDF.

Questions

Does it work with Elementor?

Yes. Add a Shortcode widget and paste the form’s shortcode. It also has its own block for the WordPress editor.

What happens to my Gravity Forms entries?

The importer copies them, signatures included, and leaves your Gravity Forms exactly as they are. You can check everything before switching Gravity Forms off.

Where are entries stored?

In your own WordPress database. Nothing is sent to an outside service unless you add an integration.

Is a signature legally binding?

Electronic signatures are widely accepted for everyday agreements in the UK, and each signed entry keeps a record of when it was opened and signed and from where. For anything high-stakes, check with your solicitor.

What does “pay once” mean?

You pay one time and keep using Pro on that site, with updates, for as long as you run it. There is no yearly renewal.

What do I need?

WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer, which almost every host has.
