Know everyone. Follow up with everyone.

Pro · Automations

Never forget a follow-up again.

Build “when this happens, do these steps” in plain English, or start from a ready-made recipe. Waiting people move on by themselves, even while you’re asleep.

  • Starts when someone fills in a form, is tagged, changes stage, joins a newsletter list or a deal moves.
  • Tags, stages, tasks, deals, emails, alerts to you and webhooks.
  • “Only continue if” checks, so nobody gets chased after they’ve signed up.
  • Hands people to Really Simple Newsletters to start an email series.
  1. When someone fills in “Request a Consultation”
  2. Then tag them “Enquiry” and make them a Lead
  3. Then email me, and add a task: “Call Sam today”
  4. Then add them to the newsletter’s welcome series
  5. Wait 2 days
  6. If they’re still a Lead…
  7. Then add a task: “Follow up with Sam”

Questions

Do I need your other plugins?

No. Really Simple CRM works on its own. With Really Simple Forms, form senders become contacts automatically; with Really Simple Newsletters, their email activity shows on their timeline.

Does it send newsletters?

No, that’s what Really Simple Newsletters is for. CRM Pro sends one-off personal emails from automations and hands people to your newsletter for anything bigger.

Can I bring my contacts from another CRM?

Yes. Export a CSV from ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or a spreadsheet and import it. Name, email, phone, company and tags are recognised.

Where is my data?

In your own WordPress database. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you add a webhook step.

Is there a limit on contacts?

No. You don’t pay per contact, and there’s no monthly fee.

What do I need?

WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer.
