Forms that explain themselves.
Drag fields onto your form and see exactly what visitors will see. Every setting has a tooltip in plain English, so you never have to look anything up.
Signatures, PDF copies and send-for-signing in Pro. Imports your forms in one click.
Everything most sites need. Nothing to learn.
No add-ons to buy and no maze of settings. If you can fill in a form, you can build one.
Drag, drop, done
The form you edit is the live preview. Switch to “Try it” to test it as a visitor at computer, tablet or phone size.
Tooltips on everything
Every field and setting says what it does, in plain English, right where you need it.
Conditional fields
Show “Tell us more” only when someone answers “Yes”. Set it up in one sentence, no code.
Emails your way
Alerts to you and a copy to the visitor, with their answers dropped in wherever you like.
Every entry saved
All your entries in one list with who sent them. Search, mark as read, print or download a spreadsheet.
Spam stays out
A hidden trap and a speed check stop bots without asking real people to click on traffic lights.
Signatures Pro
Visitors sign with a finger or mouse. Perfect for contracts, waivers and consent forms.
PDF copies Pro
A tidy PDF of each entry, signature included, attached to your emails if you like.
Integrations Pro
Send entries to Really Simple CRM, Zapier, Make or your own system the moment they arrive.
Like DocuSign, inside your own site.
Email a form to a client with the details you already know filled in: their name, the programme, the price, the start date. Lock the parts they mustn’t change. They open a private link, check everything, sign with a finger and send it back.
- Locked answers can’t be changed, even by someone who edits the page.
- See who has opened and who has signed, and resend or withdraw with a click.
- A signing record with times and IP addresses goes into the entry and its PDF.

Questions
Does it work with Elementor?
Yes. Add a Shortcode widget and paste the form’s shortcode. It also has its own block for the WordPress editor.
What happens to my Gravity Forms entries?
The importer copies them, signatures included, and leaves your Gravity Forms exactly as they are. You can check everything before switching Gravity Forms off.
Where are entries stored?
In your own WordPress database. Nothing is sent to an outside service unless you add an integration.
Is a signature legally binding?
Electronic signatures are widely accepted for everyday agreements in the UK, and each signed entry keeps a record of when it was opened and signed and from where. For anything high-stakes, check with your solicitor.
What does “pay once” mean?
You pay one time and keep using Pro on that site, with updates, for as long as you run it. There is no yearly renewal.
What do I need?
WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer, which almost every host has.
