Bought a deal for one of my products on AppSumo or another marketplace? Redeem your code here to get your licence. Choose your product, enter your name, your email address and the code you received from the marketplace, then click Redeem my code.
Your licence is issued and managed by Freemius, the platform I use for all my licensing, downloads and updates. Once you redeem your code, the marketplace you bought from isn’t involved any more. Freemius will email you your licence key and access to your Freemius customer portal (check your spam folder if the email doesn’t arrive). In the portal you can download your product, find your licence keys and see your order history at any time.
Install the product, enter your licence key when asked, and you’re ready to go. Each code is one licence. If you have more than one code, redeem them all with the same email address so they’re kept together in one Freemius account. Updates are included for life. Need a hand? I believe that when you buy something, you should own it. You should not have to pay annual license fees for something that should just work from the day you own it until it becomes obsolete. That’s why I do what I do. Really simple solutions without a long-term financial commitment where possible.
