Easier Sales Funnels by Andrew Hill
Build a sequence of opt-in, sales, offer and thank-you pages in WordPress, with templates, lead capture and step-level statistics.
Free core; Pro adds direct Stripe checkout, order bumps, one-click offers, A/B tests and webhooks.
Install and create a draft
Upload and activate the plugin, then open Funnels. Start from a lead-magnet, product-sales, tripwire, webinar or book-a-call template. Name the funnel and keep it in draft while editing. The builder lists steps in order; drag to reorder and edit each page in the WordPress block editor.
Edit pages and navigation
Use the funnel blocks for opt-in forms, next-step buttons, checkout, offers, countdowns, order summaries and sections. Replace all template text, images, prices and links. Choose a blank canvas or your theme for each step. Follow every next-step link yourself, including accept and decline routes, before publishing. For a personal countdown, test a fresh visitor session rather than relying only on your existing browser.
Choose a payment route
There are three supported routes. Payment links send buyers to an external Stripe Payment Link, PayPal button or shop. WooCommerce mode adds a selected product or variation to the basket and finishes at your normal WooCommerce checkout. Pro direct Stripe checkout uses the plugin’s own Stripe settings. Use the guide in Funnels → Settings to choose the route. WooCommerce mode uses your shop’s payment gateways and does not need keys in the funnel plugin’s direct Stripe section.
WooCommerce funnels
Activate WooCommerce and configure products, variations, prices, stock and checkout first. On the relevant step, choose WooCommerce basket mode and the intended product or variation. Product links can use the supported rssf_add parameter when required. Test that the exact variation reaches the basket once, cross-sell steps behave as expected and the final button reaches checkout. Complete a controlled test order and check attribution after the order reaches a supported processing/completed status.
Pro: Stripe checkout and offers
Activate Pro and follow its Stripe settings, including the webhook endpoint and signing secret shown by the plugin. Keep test and live credentials separate. Configure the main purchase, optional order bump and accept/decline routes for upsells or downsells. Test payment success, decline and additional-authentication cases. One-click offers can require the buyer to authenticate again; make sure their return path still works. A checkout return page alone is not proof of payment.
Capture leads and connect other plugins
Choose which Newsletters list should receive opt-ins and buyers, and configure CRM tags/stages where available. Test with your own address and verify both the funnel lead and the destination records. Keep consent wording clear and use the newsletter service’s subscription controls. CSV export lets you download captured leads.
Publish and measure
Preview every step at phone and desktop sizes, then make the funnel live. Open its first public URL while signed out: editor visits are excluded from statistics. Review visitors, sign-ups, conversion rate, revenue and earnings per visitor for the selected period. With Pro, create an A/B variation and test both versions before drawing conclusions; do not choose a winner from a tiny sample. External payment links cannot provide every transaction detail that an integrated checkout can.
Troubleshooting and maintenance
If a step returns 404, save WordPress Permalinks and check its publication status. If the block editor is unavailable, check you are editing a funnel step and that the plugin is active. For WooCommerce problems, inspect the chosen product/variation and the store checkout. For direct Stripe problems, inspect keys, mode, webhook deliveries and the licence. Back up before updates and test on a staging copy before changing a live purchase journey.
