WordPress newsletter plugin · pay once
Pay once. Send without a meter.
Really Simple Newsletters runs inside your WordPress site and sends through the email service you already have. We don’t count your emails, so there’s no allowance to run out of. If your email service can deliver it, the plugin will send it.
One-time payment. No monthly fee. Your subscriber list stays in your own database.

Send limits
Lifetime deals usually come with a meter running. Ours doesn’t!
SendFox’s lifetime plan gives you 300,000 sends in total, then moves you to a monthly plan. Move the sliders to see how long that lasts for your list, and what the same mail costs with Really Simple Newsletters.
Weekly is about 4. Daily on weekdays is about 22, so this tops out at 12 to keep the chart readable.
You send 10,000 emails a month.
Runs out in 2 years 6 months
300,000 sends ÷ 10,000 a month. After that, SendFox Pro starts at $19 a month.
Over the 5,000-contact limit on SendFox LifetimeNever runs out
You pay your email service for what you send. On Amazon SES that’s about $1.00 a month for 10,000 emails.
SendFox figures from sendfox.com/pricing: Lifetime is $29 for 5,000 contacts and 300,000 lifetime sends; Pro is $19/month. Amazon SES outbound mail is $0.10 per 1,000 emails, from aws.amazon.com/ses/pricing. Both checked October 2026. Other email services charge differently.

Every connection is included in the plugin. Your sending limit is whatever your email service gives you, and you can switch services at any time without touching your list.
Need a business email address too?
Your newsletter needs a real inbox for replies and bounce notices. We recommend NameCrane for a low-cost business mailbox on your own domain.
This is a referral link. We may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you.

Questions
Good to know before you buy.
Is it really unlimited?
The plugin never counts or caps your sends, subscribers or lists. The practical limit is your email service’s: Amazon SES, for example, sets a daily quota that rises as your sending history grows. The plugin respects each service’s rate limit so your account stays in good standing.
Do I need my own email service?
Yes. The plugin does the list management, writing and scheduling, and hands each email to a sending service you connect. Amazon SES is the cheapest common choice at $0.10 per 1,000 emails. Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, Brevo and plain SMTP work too.
Can I just use my web host’s email?
You can, and the plugin will let you, but most hosts limit how many emails you can send an hour and their servers often land in spam. A dedicated sending service is far more reliable for newsletters.
Can I use my existing email designs?
Yes. Paste or upload any HTML email. The plugin inlines the CSS, writes a plain-text version, and leaves your layout as you built it. It also ships with starter templates you can edit.
Can I move my list over from another newsletter tool?
Export your contacts as a CSV file from your current tool, then import it. You can map each column to a field, choose which lists the contacts join, and decide whether to update or skip people already on your list.
Where is my subscriber data stored?
In your own WordPress database. Nothing is sent to us. Tracking for opens and clicks can be switched off if you’d rather not collect it.
